Occupational safety regulations at Irmãos Pozzani comply with the ones required by the Brazillian Department of Labor (Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego). For this reason, every person in the staff is instructed about several safety procedures related to different activities both inside and outside the company.

During the transportation of goods for example, truck drivers are compelled to utilize deffensive driving, periodic stops, cargo inspection, and wear safety equipment at all times.

One of the greatest responsibilities encountered by the company refers to ergonomics issues - not only to identify factor that can negatively influence on the health of its staff, but that can also generate unexpected absences from mechanics to truck drivers during a shipment. The analytical capability developed inside the company allows its managers to identify and propose changes in the work environment in order to deliver greater motivation, satisfaction, and productivity to our clients and personell.
